Capriccioli's houses
Located in the heart of the Costa Smeralda, these three independent houses all in the same grounds, are set amidst the beautiful natural granite rocks and fantastic perfumed Mediterranean macchia with juniper trees, strawberry trees wild oaks and much more. A short stroll on a path that leads through the fantastic greenery takes you to the famous beach of Capriccioli - just 140 metres away.
DescriptionThe three houses are of varying sizes, located in one of the most spectacular bays along the Costa Smeralda.Flowering shrubs, olive and myrtle trees surround the properties and due to a gentle slope, there is great view of the coastline. The shared entrance and gardensThanks to the granite columns and heavy wooden gates, the entrance to all three houses is easily recognizable. Once inside, guests may park their cars under the bamboo car port (max. 3 cars) to the right of the gate. From here a well tended stone path leads to each of the houses. The path is surrounded by green lawns adorned with bouganville, oleanders, multi-coloured blooms and wonderfully shaped pieces of granite rock giving a very special look to this garden. Some of the shady areas are particularly romantic whilst from the higher spots, you can enjoy the breath-taking panorama.Just as the gardens are lovingly cared for, so are the houses with great attention to comfort and every little detail. Casa PadronaleYou will be thrilled when you enter this bright and spacious lounge, decorated in pale cool shades. Two large glass doors ensure plenty of light at all times - one looking out over the front garden and on to the sea and the other looking out to the shady wooded area at the back of the property - are combined with cool pale blue ceramic floor tiles.Bamboo sofas with crisp white cushions and curtains compliment the white tinted sideboard and mirror. The dining area is set slightly apart from the lounge and is furnished with a large rectangular table and chairs dressed in white covers to maintain the elegant look. Soft shades of turquoise plus a pretty wall mural ensure a great summery feel. A wooden carved door separates the lounge from the bedrooms. The corridor, which has been decorated with hand painted motives by one of the most famous designers and who has worked in many villas along the Costa Smeralda, leads to the bedrooms, bathrooms and the small laundry room. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom (shower, basin, bidet and WC) and a walk-in cupboard. There is a further double bedroom and the third bedroom is well suited for children with paintings on the walls, one single bed plus a pull-out bed and a small low gallery area, great for playing in. There is a second bathroom with shower, basin, bidet and WC. The two double bedrooms are beautifully furnished with antique furniture that belongs to the family of the owner. The master bedroom also boasts some hand-painted murals in the form of angels' faces. The large gardens spread all around the villa and at the back of the property there is a big barbeque with stone table and benches. General information Approx.105 square metres. TV, safe. Casa TerrazzaSo called as the roof of this wonderful home is one large terrace from where you may enjoy the spectacular views of the bay of Cala di Volpe, Porto Rotondo and across to the famous island of Mortorio.Recently renovated, it is equipped with every comfort including air conditioning and heating. The large glass window at the entrance means that guests may enjoy the stunning view of the bay of Capriccioli from the comfortable sofas. The dining area is situated close to the kitchen and the tones of pale sea blues run throughout the house giving it a wonderful light and airy feel. The double bedroom is furnished prettily with pastel colours that match the living room and the bathroom is decorated in more shades of blue. The twin bedroom (beds made be made up as a double) has an en-suite bathroom with a shower carved out of granite rock creating a sensation of a symbolic union between house and garden. General Information Approx. 70 square metres, renovated in 2004, offers spectacular views across to the Bay of Capriccioli, islands of Mortorio and Soffi and Porto Rotondo. It comprises of a spacious living/dining area and a pretty kitchenette with a yellow and pale blue theme. There are two bedrooms - one double and the other with bunk beds. A small paved patio, furnished with table, chairs and sun umbrella, is the perfect place to enjoy the tranquillity and peace of the gardens and there is a little barbeque for some great grilled fish and meat.General Information Approx. 60 square metres; set in the greenery. Noleggio imbarcazione: la proprietaria mette a disposizione dei clienti (a pagamento) uno yacht a motore il "Grazie Mimma", per escursioni giornaliere alle isole dell'arcipelago della Maddalena e nelle limpide acque della Costa Smeralda. Verranno serviti degli ottimi spaghetti alla bottarga e del buon vermentino.Lo Yacht, varato nel giugno 2005, è un GOBBI 425SC capace di portare sino a 8 persone e alloggiarne 4 in due comode cabine con bagno.
